I am able to unsubscribe at any time during or after the course completion. I am aware that if I unsubscribe during the course I am entered in and have purchased, that it can affect my level of participation due to not receiving all the information necessary and I take responsibility in the event I choose that. 

All material in the products and courses are original material and are copywritten. They shall not be used for the purpose of distribution, monetary advancement, or for any other purposes. 

I am agreeing that I will not share my password and login information with anyone that has not purchased this product and I am aware that is theft.

 These Terms of Use may be revised from time to time by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the current Terms of Use to which you are bound.

Refund Policy 

I believe 100% that when you dedicate the time to learn, receive, and practice with these courses, you will absolutely have an improvement in your voice, singing, and overall being of expression!

 Please see below for the refund terms for all the courses.

The Vocal Library- you may request a refund within the first week of the course. After module 2 is released, there will be no refunds. If you are on a split installment plan, you agree to fulfill your investment regardless of your participation. If you are granted ALL ACCESS, 24 hour refund window policy. No refunds beyond 24 hours, no exceptions.

The Vocal Resonance Method & Facilitator Training- refer to your individual contract. 

Drum and Song Academy, -Beginning December 2023, 24 hour refund window for Self Study Program. No refunds beyond 24 hours, no exceptions. If you are on a split installment plan, you agree to fulfill your investment regardless of your participation. See below for additional payment terms.

Program terms: Lifetime access to the 9 Recorded Modules for Drum and Song Academy. Lifetime access to the Vocal Library. 

Drum and Song Academy, Live Call Membership: Month to month subscription. 24 hour refund policy. No refunds beyond 24 hours, no exceptions. Notice of cancellation must be 5 days prior to billed cycle, in order to be effective. Access to prior replay's will be granted upon membership enrollment. Upon cancellation, access will no longer be available for replay's after 29 days of last billing cycle. If cancel and re-instate at a later date, price may change. 

1:1 Vocal Training, Monthly Membership: Month to month subscription. 24 hour refund policy. No refunds beyond 24 hours, no exceptions. Notice of cancellation must be 5 days prior to billed cycle, in order to be effective. Access to prior replay's will be granted upon membership enrollment. Upon cancellation, access will no longer be available for replay's after 29 days of last billing cycle. If cancel and re-instate at a later date, price may change. 

Guided Hypnotherapy and Meditations- no refunds after purchase. 

Vocal and Music Mentorship- no refunds after purchase. 

Sweatshirts- Drum and Song Academy or LG Music - no refunds, returns, or exchanges. 

Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable.

1. Payments for all programs above. Client agrees to pay Company for Services as agreed upon when checking the box "I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this page."

2. Chargeback/Refund. Company reserves the right to consider refunds outside of the rescission period.  If a client has questions about the agreement outside of the rescission period, she should submit their comments to [email protected].  Client agrees not to request, advise, file a claim, or seek Client’s bank or credit card company for a chargeback for consideration paid under this Agreement. Client agrees to waive any rights Client may have under applicable state and federal truth in lending laws or otherwise (including, but not limited to, under Client’s credit card issuer’s procedures for resolving such disputes). Client agrees that any disputes that Client may have with respect to consideration paid hereunder must be addressed directly between Client and Company. If a chargeback occurs, Client shall have materially breached the Agreement and shall forfeit all remaining services that have not yet been performed under the Agreement. Company shall have no further obligation to Client. Further, the amount of the chargeback shall be subject to a finance charge in the amount of one and one-half percent (1 ½%) per month until paid in full by Client. Further, Company shall be entitled to recover from Client all damages, and reasonable and necessary attorneys’ fees, and costs associated with pursuing collection and/or recovery of the amount of the chargeback.

3. Charges. Client agrees that their card on file will be charged on the agreed upon dates on their checkout form. Client also agrees that Company may withdraw smaller charges to the card on file for the purpose of recovering unpaid amounts owed by Client under the Agreement.
